Was hoping the rain would hold off long enough to do some exterior painting, however...

At least, I was able to get in some fresh air and a short walk with the fur kiddos!

Rain... no exterior house work today.

I did spend 3 hours on the phone, regarding 2 properties that showed available on MLS. What myself and realtor found out... the same issues from my last experience/house hunting.
