3 main principles of CCB
1. Breath continously in and out of an open mouth (no pause between inhale or exhale)
2. Inhales are deep and full - breath from belly up into upper lungs
3. Relax exhale without force or control
If agitation or excessive activation occurs slow breathing rate down and discontinue practice
