Episode # 1026 - We’re In November

Back to work Monday loyal listeners, for here we are in November as Father Anthony begins, talking about everything that has changed over the weekend, or to be more precise the time change that happened yesterday, due to Daylight Savings Time ending and we "Fall Back" in terms of the day.  Also, what is shared is the results of the St. Stans Christmas Bazar that has been promoted on the show, with many successful results.  Tomorrow is voting day/Election Day going on and a reminder to all to vote tomorrow.  However, due to the time change, Father Anthony shares his discombobulation due to the time change again, however gaining that extra hour we get now helps in what can be done in the morning.  The time change seems to be affecting everyone today too, including Gerri who everyone is worried that she is in a bad mood today, bringing up the idea of giving up and not giving up, and that The Lord doesn't give up on us.  After talking about various subjects over the weekend, everyone still can't believe that it's already November and lot's still going on, for instance, not only Election Day tomorrow, but Father Anthony reflects the Gospel reading from this morning too.  This in turn relates to everything that is going on for people today too, not just today but also today as in the present time.  Since tomorrow is Election Day, Father Anthony asks everyone, "Why do you vote?" or "Why vote?" with everyone sharing their feelings on this.  Also, with voting, Father Anthony talks about not only it's importance, but how being Catholic can help or affect the choices we make, including voting, raising up the notion once again of God helping and the Devil interfering.
