Summer is ending and it is time for school! Are your kids excited about school?  Are you excited about school? Have you gone back to school shopping?  Any transition can be difficult.  Transitioning from the relaxation, homework free, flexible routine of summer to the scheduled, homework and activity packed routine of school can be overwhelming!  The best thing for us to do as parents, in this season of transition is to ease our kids into this new season.  In this episode we discuss three very important steps to establish before school begins.  Grab that lukewarm coffee my friend, and pop in those earbuds!
