Mike Martir is owner of the Doghouse restaurant in Dennis Port Massachusetts (Cape Cod). The Doghouse has been featured in publications such as Cape Cod Times, Cape Cod Life Magazine and many others. It has been named a top 3 family restaurant on the Cape. Prior to this, Mike started and grew a food service consulting business and was instrumental in helping build popular restaurant brands such as Chipotle, Five Guys, California Pizza Kitchen as well as designed and launched some of the most iconic buffets in Vegas; The Bellagio, Paris Hotel, Treasure Island and the Wynn.

He recently acquired another commercial property and is currently renovating it and more details about the plans for that facility will come to light soon. It was a pleasure interviewing him and we hope you enjoy it.
