Days of Our Lives sees Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) takes an unexpected turn towards a criminal path. His desperation to retain his position at Titan Industries leads him to conspire with high school friend Kevin Lambert (Chadwick Hopson). They aim to steal the experimental sepsis drug, Versix, from University Hospital, unaware of the potential consequences on the NBC Peacock soap opera. 

DOOL sees that Bo Brady (Peter Reckell) fights a severe sepsis infection in a European hospital. Kayla Brady (Mary Beth Evans), Steve Johnson (Stephen Nichols), and Sean Brady (Brandon Beemer) were planning to use the same drug to save Bo's life. However, their plan falls apart when they discover the hospital's drug cupboard empty. Vivian Alamain (Louise Sorel) exposes Philip's forgery, intensifying his conflict with Xander Kiriakis (Paul Telfer). In the midst of this chaos, Bell Black (Martha Madison) is out for Philip's blood, and Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) is angry.
