Gospel of Mark - A New Temple (11:12-25)

Because Jesus has made the way for us to live with him and the father forever through the Spirit we, unlike the fig tree, and unlike the temple, bear fruit. It is the fruit of the Spirit that overflows out of us and into the world, Through the Spirit we cultivate a fruit in our life that has the potential to grow a garden, a Edenic garden that teems with life and peace, because it is filled with the presence of God.
