I don't know about you, but I've certainly heard about women who have ex-partners that threaten anybody that could potentially be that woman's new partner.

And that's really not right, nor is it fair.

I mean, just imagine finally being free of an abusive controlling partner, but then every time you talk to another man, even if it's just as friends, your ex comes forth and scares them off.

Now, I'm a type of person that values and always tries to act with integrity. I value what I think is right and fair above anything else, regardless of barriers, laws, or danger.

But let's face it, if you've only just started talking to a woman and she says, or you find out, that her ex is a psycho that will probably beat you up or kill you… well...

Even if you're not scared, that's a lot of hassle to get into, and especially if you've only just met this woman, there's a good chance that you'll decide it's not worth it.

She's clearly still living in his shadow, so it's likely she'll be arguing with him a lot, and now you're going to be constantly looking over your back….

This case is about the murder of Matthew Rodwell. He was in a relationship with Kerry Peckham, but throughout the last months of his life, he had to put up with being threatened and bullied by Wayne Peckham and his son, Riley Peckham—Kerry's estranged husband and son.
