”I love my friend, but she’s dumb....”

Had a woman named Lana on the show today - her friend is trying to get this corporate gig, but Lana thinks she's simply too dumb and will be embarassed.  How to handle this?  Also....if your girlfriend's name is CORNY and you're, well....um.....
