Mark 11:1-11 - Ian Remfry - 01.06.2025

Ian Remfry continued our series on the Gospel of Mark. He shared how in Mark 11, Jesus asks the disciples to go and get Him a donkey. It was… quite an unusual ask. But by now the disciples knew His voice, trusted Him and obeyed. How often do we long that Jesus would speak to us clearly, even audibly? His voice may be a still, small one - but it’s there. The more we practice spiritual disciplines such as prayer, fasting, worship and reading the Bible - the more we recognise His voice. Believers, through the Holy Spirit, have an understanding of the mind of Christ, (1 Corinthians 2:16) and we can trust God to lead us. So… what’s your donkey? 🫏 What is God asking you to do that might be a bit ‘out there’ and strange? Jesus said “my sheep hear my voice.” So have confidence that he will lead and direct you 🫶
