Brexit trade talks to resume today

Talks on a post-Brexit trade deal will resume today in London.

 

Negotiations broke down five days ago after the British Prime Minister demanded a ‘fundamental change’ in the EU’s approach.

 

Yesterday, the EU’s chief negotiator Michel Barnier hinted that his side is willing to compromise.

 

One of the biggest sticking points remains fishing rights.
