One night in 1996, Brian Bethel was sitting in his car about to deposit a cheque when two boys appeared at his window. Instead of exiting his vehicle, Brian stayed in his car because something about the kids unnerved him deeply. It was only when one of the kids moved closer he saw what was wrong.
