We talk to Pat Fowler, the co-owner of the Firehouse Grill in Evanston, IL. The Firehouse was one of countless businesses across the world impacted by quarantines in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. A large chunk of the staff has been furloughed as a result, and the Firehouse is solely reliant on carry-out and delivery business now.
