Ms. Nevsah F Karamehmet is a distinguished and highly respected international leader in the field of breath coaching, based on a 20-year track record of unrivalled expertise. She became a yoga teacher and a breath therapist in 2002 and opened Izmir’s first yoga and meditation center. Her journey took her to India in 2003, where she began training in the art of breathing techniques and therapies.
