Caroline and I became friends in college when we coached together at Washington State University. Go Cougs! Caroline is so aware and impresses me every day with who she is and who she is becoming. Through her work as a professional runner and coach, Austin is changing the way we think about sports and what it means to be strong & confident in today's world.

Caroline competes professionally in the steeple chase & the marathon for Idaho Afoot. Most recently competing in the US Olympic Trials in 2019 for the marathon & in 2021 in the steeple chase. On top of competing she coaches high school athletes, recently started working at On, and most recently got married. In the front half of the conversation, we go in on running and her experience.
