Lessons learned from this social media experiment

Karly joins me today exactly one year out from when she committed to, and (spoiler alert) accomplished this feat set before her.  It was so fun to hear what got her to willingly  get off social media for a year, when before, you could find her scrolling Instagram and Tik Tok habitually and whenever she found herself bored.  She was so refreshing and fun to talk with and I'm so thankful she is sharing the results of this eperiment with us!  Stay until the end to hear how she is moving forward from here!
