Hello and welcome to The Peer Project Podcast.  A podcast dedicated to ending the stigma surrounding mental illness.

 

I’m Chris Duke, best-selling author of Children’s Book Lucy’s Blue Day and I have made it my goal in life to show people that old cliché “It’s Ok Not to Be OK.”

 

Over the coming weeks, months and hopefully years, I will be chatting to different people from all walks of like about their personal mental health journeys, how they cope and overcome their issues, their road to recovery and advice to help you get through your dark days.

 

I will be talking to experts in mental health and physical health to find out exactly what we can do to keep our minds and bodies healthy, and I will be talking to YOU about your journey, what you are going through and what YOU can do to help yourself and others.
