Dr. Joyce Azzam is not your average PhD.

She has lived through the civil war in Lebanon, which according to her, robbed many young people of their childhood and their dreams.

However, at the tender age of 20, her life changed ... She met the Mountain on a simple carefree hike with friends... she was newly invigorated by this experience.
