Does X (Twitter) stand for FREE Speech or CONTROLLED Speech?

When Elon Musk took over from Jack Dorsey, he promised Twitter would be a place for free speech. However he subsequently amended this to mean "freedom of speech, not freedom of reach". Most recently, new WEF approved X (Twitter) CEO Linda Yaccarino has talked about limiting content "that is lawful but awful" but without defining what this means. What's going on with this platform.
