Paul discusses the 2019 rookies after one year in the NFL relative to the incoming 2020 rookie class. He goes through and shares how he would have those two rookie classes  ranked for dynasty leagues. He first discusses the quarterback position and gives his top 16 quarterbacks with analysis. He discusses why he has Kyler Murray ranked ahead of the top two rookies this year but Daniel Jones below those two. Next, Paul discusses and ranks the top 18 tight ends when combining the classes.
