Is It Time to Legalize Pot in PA?

Pennsylvania's Governor supports legalizing recreational marijuana use.  In fact, he included it in his budget pitch for 2024 and wants it legalized by July 1.  Is that realistic or just a headline to get clicks and votes?  Chick2Chicks "chirps" with a state lawmaker and asks the question, "Is It Time to Legalize Pot in PA?"
