God is not interested in punishing you or hurting you or pushing your face down in the dirt until you beg for mercy. God is interested in transformation. I promise you, God does NOT want to punish your sins. He wants to heal you from them! That means that God is willing to work patiently - personally, as long as it takes, in whatever way you need him to in your life.
