Trice Talk Monday Night "Mini-Pod" w/Donald Wayne.  On tonight's show I focus on only one story.  While I realize that there have been and unfortunately will continue to be stories that are more horrible and have a worse outcome than this one, that does not take away from the cruelty of this story.

I first saw this story and video on Fox News earlier today.  But for tonight's episode I found an article on NEWSMAX.com by Sandy Fitzgerald, which I will post on our Facebook page.  The article contains a link to the 17 second video that captures the beating of a 68 year old man.

• • New York Police Union: 'Failed Laws' Let to Brutal Sunday Morning Mugging - from NEWSMAX.com by Sandy Fitzgerald.  A mugger who was riding a bike, approached a 68 year old man around 9:05 a.m. Sunday morning.  He proceeded to punch the old man almost a dozen times and then robbed him.
