https://veteranscuts.org/ our mission is to provide complimentary hair cuts to all US Military Veterans as a gestur of gratitude for there service to our country   I’m a Barber and through my career I have been blessed by many veterans, both young and old, as clients.  I have also given two sons to the military, and that experience has helped them grow in successful young men.  These people touched my life with so many beautiful memories that will stay with me forever, which brought me to this.  I wanted to give back something that was very dear to my heart.  Being a Mom to military veterans, I decided to come up with a way to give back to all those in the military that five us our daily freedom from their sacrifices. It was then that I met a dear friend, Pete Thomson.  With a long family military history as well and a huge respect for veterans, together we put the concept into motion and created our way to give back.  We’ve put in endless hours creating all of this and on January 19th of 2023, we successfully provided the first Veterans Cuts haircut in East Peoria, Illinois. With my dream and our teams’ enthusiasm we are building something organic, pure, honest and honorable.  We are beyond proud of what we have built.  We hope you will join us in celebrating our vets. -Jackie Patten
