In this sermon, Pastor Kohl finishes Acts 1. Jesus left the disciples with the command to wait. God had a plan started long ago. God's plan and purposes are not stopped, derailed, or messed up by man. He will fulfill His plan and His promises. After Pentecost the church would explode by the power of God. But for 10 days after Jesus left, the disciples had to wait. During this time, Peter tried to fill the office of Apostle. Was this of God? Can God's purposes by thwarted by our mistakes?
