Jessica Montañez is an animal communicator, energy healer, certified spiritual and holistic wellness coach, and published writer helping animals and people all over the world. She is currently assisting clients on six continents find true health of mind, body and spirit. She is on a mission to touch as many lives as possible – knowing these animals and people will go on to touch the lives of others, thus inspiring a positive change across the world. Jessica’s goal has always been to deepen and strengthen the connection between animals and people. Jessica attended the University of Southern Maine for a short time before pursuing her equestrian dreams. She is an accomplished equestrian – having trained in both the United States and Europe. She has worked as the director of a multi-million dollar equine breeding facility, a North American Riding for the Handicap Registered Instructor, a Veterinary Technician at Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine, and is a breeder of Best In Show, Champion Australian Shepherds. Jessica has trained and titled her own dogs in Conformation, Agility, Obedience, and Rally. Jessica’s gifts and talents began to cultivate at an early age when a local equine veterinarian recognized her intuitive gifts and her ability to share the thoughts, emotions, energy, and physical sensations that the horses were experiencing. Over the years she continued to hone those skills and pursue training in various holistic healing modalities including but not limited to; the art of utilizing healing crystals and gemstones, meditation, Kundalini Yoga, Reiki, the Law of Attraction, energy-based healing, and healing with plant-based medicine. She is a classically trained homeopath and Certified Life Coach, applying her spiritual background to the coaching and mentoring services she provides. Jessica draws great influence and inspiration from Don Miguel Ruiz, Don Miguel Ruiz Jr, Marianne Williamson, Brené Brown, Byron Katie, Eckhart Tolle, Rumi, Ayurveda, and other spiritual teachers and philosophies. Over the years she has attended and received certification from numerous seminars, clinics, conventions, and courses.
