Smoking is on the decline among teens in the U.S. but the use of e-cigarettes, juuling, and other devices is on the rise.  The chicks from @Chick2Chick "chirp" with Jennifer Folkenroth from the American Lung Association about the dangers of these devices and how the ALA is encouraging parents to have the "Vape Talk" with their kids.
