US Mid-Session 15 Feb 17: More record highs on markets even with the possibility of higher rates.

US sharemarkets reversed early losses on Tuesday. Financial stocks led the gains after Fed Chair Yellen raised concerns about the risks to delaying interest rate hikes. Yellen's comments lifted yields. Goldman Sachs rose 1.2%, while the S&P financial sector rose 0.8%. Eight of the 11 major S&P sectors were lower, as higher yields hurt the real estate and utility stocks. With just over an hour of trade the Dow Jones index was up by 62 points or 0.3%. The S&P 500 index was up by 0.3% while the Nasdaq was higher by almost 11 points or 0.2%.
