My guest this week on Vox Novus, Dr. Greg Hammer, says that by setting intentions we have nothing to lose and everything to “GAIN.” Greg Hammer, MD, is a Professor at Stanford University School of Medicine, pediatric intensive care physician, pediatric anesthesiologist, and mindfulness expert. He has been a visiting professor and lecturer on wellness at institutions worldwide and teaches his GAIN method to medical students, residents, and fellows at Stanford.
