Age and experience no guarantee of presidential competence – Childers

Age and experience won’t necessarily guarantee presidential success in office. So says the Dublin MEP Nessa Childers whose father Erskine Childers was a former president of Ireland. Ms Childers says she’s in favour of reducing the age of a presidential candidate from thirty five [35] to twenty one [21].
