7. Eric Dettman, Lincoln HS (OR)

Former University of Oregon runner and current Lincoln High School (OR) Cross Country and Track and Field Coach Eric Dettman lays down a litany of resources you can access to help your athletes get faster, but he also provides incredible insight into how he's built a culture around loving your teammates, why it's not necessarily a bad thing when an athlete rolls her eyes when the coach is talking, and how his experiences in Tracktown helped him become a better coach.
