Monday October 17th, another great fun show.  Went over the word of the day and quote of the day by Denzel Washington, "You can't break me because you didn't make me!"  Thank you, Denzel.  Do not let anyone take your hard work away from you.  If someone every tells you that you are nothing without them, their help ect... Really??  Can you say narcissist!  Three years ago, I might have agreed with that statement instead of sticking up for myself and saying, "No, I think not.  That is a bunch of crap.  I am who I am because of God and the hard work I put in and continue to put in every day.  Do not give away the hard work you put into yourself just to keep someone else happy.  That is not a healthy relationship.  Standing up yourself.  It gets easier every time you do it.

Went over a recipe I am looking for from Cook country TV show.  Thank you, Dee for your help!  You are the best.  had a few facts of the day.  One of which included Ketchup and my good friend Bam bam (Tuddles) who had some knowledge about said fact.  Thanks Bam bam.
