There can be no denying the fact that the property industry is trying harder than ever to embrace diversity. But there is still a long way to go. When it comes to the LGBT community, the last few years have seen an explosion of new terms, titles and pronouns as trans people and those who would rather be referred to with non-binary pronouns have been empowered. But how do you apply them in a business environment? This podcast addresses these issues with commentary from three LGBT commentators working within the property and legal sectors, two of whom have transitioned themselves.
