Joe Morgan: Don’t Assume, Just Listen

Joe has been in the Human Resources field in various capacities for over 15 years, with a focus on public sector and higher education organizations.  He’s currently the Executive Director of HR at Middlesex County College in New Jersey where he oversees a team of dedicated HR professionals that drive the HR function and strategy for the college’s faculty and staff.  Joe’s passion in HR is “Total Rewards” and he recently achieved Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) designation through the IFEBP.
