CSL’s Half Year Result 12 Feb 20: CSL Ltd (CSL) upgrades profit guidance on solid first half result

CSL Ltd has lifted its full year outlook after reporting solid first half results. Net profit after tax (NPAT) and revenue both made decent improvements thanks to a big lift in sales particularly for its immunoglobulins portfolio.
