19 | theTYPEAhippie Podcast | ChiCast: Self-Care Part 4 (Scott & Irena Jacobson)

I started working with Scott Jacobson, MD, a family and functional medicine doctor at a primary care office when I was a clinical health coach about four years ago. Irena was homeschooling their sons at the same time so periodically they would drop by the office to say hello. I became close to the two of them and we have had several brunches, lunches and/or dinners over the years and they are always fun and go a little deeper than that which is one of the things I am most grateful for about Irena and Scott's friendship. They're always a safe place to land and we can talk about anything and everything and often do.

Scott and Irena have been practicing mindfulness for years and for them that includes tai chi, qigong, yoga, meditation and acro yoga for years. Their mindfulness practice has also influenced their sons as well and countless others. On this podcast they will explore what self-care looks like to them, travel, meal prep and of course acro yoga and what it's done for their relationship.
