You’d never know that Dr. Ken Kochman, an Ironman, triathlete and Network Marketer, used to be so unhealthy that he wondered if he’d even live to see his son reach adulthood. The stress of trying to grow his chiropractic business was just too much, and a serious health scare finally led Dr. Ken to say yes to a friend who kept approaching him about OPTAVIA.
