Market Close 3 Sep 20: ASX higher as banks lead gains

The Aussie market has notched a second straight day of gains with the ASX 200 lifting 50 points or 0/8% and closed above 6,100 for the first time in a week. Financials, retailers and health stocks led improvements while miners and tech stocks lagged most. Myer jumped after signing an agreement with Amazon Australia.
