Paul Krauss MA LPC was asked to give a few quotes about the growing violence that Phoenix is experiencing due to gangs of youths forming in the suburbs and beating up (and filming) other teenagers.  NBC 12 was particularly interested in the National Violence Prevention Hotline that Paul is working on creating.
