Rob's book puts forth a bold vision for mixed gender ministry partnerships that I found deeply moving. Through his research, Rob uncovers a comprehensive model for flourishing partnerships that inspires action. I’m still wrestling with it, honestly, and wondering how to create space for more flourishing in the partnerships in my own church community and work space.
