We all want that recipe for a long lasting relationship where we feel secure, confident and able to approach each other about the hard stuff right? It seems like a dream, and yet it is possible to attain this kind of connection with someone, especially when we learn to become aware of our patterns with compassion, so that we can begin to make choices that support us to move towards connection in a healthy way.
