Immigration Law in the new White House

Jennifer Chacón, UCI professor of law offers definitive analysis of the status of immigration policy heading into the Trump administration. Undocumented UC students, or an undocumented family member of the UC system (parent or spouse), qualify for assistance from the University of California Undocumented Students Legal Services Center. They can contact UCUSLSC at law.ucdavis.edu/uc-undocumented. Students may qualify for assistance with their DACA renewal applications or screening for other potential remedies, but they need to contact UCUSLSC for more information. Also, those in OC looking to renew DACA applications should call the Public Law Center at (714) 541-1010. They are having some renewal fairs.
