If we find ourselves convicted by the Holy Spirit that we might be exhibiting

a critical spirit, here is another question that would be helpful in dealing

with it. What is it accomplishing? Is our criticism or our complaining doing

anything productive for the Kingdom of God, for our witness, for helping

others?

 

1. We are to be building up the

kingdom and we do that by building up the lives of others.

2.  Jesus called upon us in His Sermon on

the Mount to be ‘peacemakers’.
