On this week's edition of Out With Joe, Nick Panarelli, owner, and 3rd generation of restaurateurs joined Joe to talk about operating in the time of Covid 19. Buck's was getting ready to celebrate their 2nd year when everything hit.. and Nick had to move quick to adjust and keep the name on everyone's mind. Nick not one to be a statistic quickly adapted to Take Out for the initial hit. Then made the needed adjustments for the subsequent Phases of re-opening. This is including re-arranging the table to meet the safety guidelines. Nick also kept his Full Time Employees on the payroll and without missing a beat set up his operation to provide thousands of meals to area Medical Personal, Nursing Homes and anyone who need some awesome food... all free to them. Buck’s Whiskey & Burger Bar is the purveyor of gourmet burgers located on Green St. in the historic Canal District of Worcester. Nick Panarelli, owner, is a 3rd generation restaurant owner. After many years of working alongside of his family,  Nick is branching out on his own.  ​The creation of Buck’s Whiskey & Burger Bar has been creating a buzz in the Worcester/Shrewsbury area as a fresh,  new and fun concept.
