Jonah 1:1-17 - Fleeing from the Lord’s Call

​The prophet Jonah was given an important mission by God to go to the great city of Nineveh. Instead, Jonah tried to run away in the opposite direction, only to find his progress impeded by the power of God. In this sermon, we see that we can be a lot like Jonah - rebelling against God's call on our lives and in great need of His grace.
