But healing doesn’t always start with doing more—it begins in God's Presence. In this video, we’ll explore how physical healing is connected to your nervous system, emotions, and spiritual connection—and then we’ll go into a gentle, guided encounter with Jesus for body restoration.

We'll talk about how Christian meditation is powerful for healing the body and connecting with Him.

And towards the end, I'll lead you in a simple practice that you can use in your every day life.
