David and Goliath, Salvation and Faith (”Biblical Battles” Week 7 of 7)

We saved this story for last because it’s one of the Bible’s most famous and familiar passages to us, but also because the way we want to sum up the entire Biblical Battles series is with a message of Faith. Faith is like a foundation: a house here in Texas has a foundation of 4-6 inches, but skyscrapers require a foundation 90+ feet deep! The taller WE stand, the stronger our faith needs to be.
