You've heard that Iowa ranks in the top ten when it comes to loans for college and you've heard about how this debt can cripple graduates, parents and even grandparents. We reached out to Iowa Student Loan a non-profit that oversees the process here and Steven McCullough the President and CEO of the organization carved out some time to be with us.
