A Lesson on ”Your Power is Your Focus”

Going to be honest here and say I have recorded about four episodes in the past few weeks, but they just didn't feel right. I feel blessed that I normally press record, and the message I am wanting to convey just comes through me. However, these past few times, it felt forced, and not real, and being real and natural is such a priority for me in these recordings. Then I remembered the power I hold, I shifted my story from "everyone already knows this, or 'they' won't believe what I say" ... to "I am speaking to my old self who would love to hear this exact message. I have this desire to share because it is meant to be listened to by those who need to hear it most."

So here we are. This episode is all about your focus. It is one of the most important areas to master, because it creates your reality and allows you to take back your power.
