The real estate market has not only been tough for buyers/sellers but also for realtors. According to Tom Ferry, 60,000 realtors have quit since January 2023 to May 2023 and more will continue to quit.

Inflation is said to lessen in the US just as other countries are still suffering from rampant costs rising, due such things as the Ukraine war and among other variables.

In this episode Andrew and Nick touch on the state of the US housing market from a realtors perspective, inflation, global (Italian) housing prices, and more.
